We had a great experience ordering from Custom Shoe Charms. The special pricing was a great bargain. The materials came in a timly manner, well packed, and the quality was excellent. The attention to detail, becuase we has some really small lettering and it came out awesome.
Very nervous about placing an order, because if its too good to be true it probably is. The croc charm they created for my organization from a jpeg image was great and captured all of the detail. Customer service was a little pushy about placing the order, once placed and paid for they provided updates on production and shipping. Our charms arrived within 2 weeks. I will use 3D Charms again in the future. Good service and so far good product. Ill follow up after the 100 or so children that are 12 and under use them during summer swim. 2 thumbs up!
